On August 30th, One Round Wars held their very first One Minute, One Round Fighting event - a huge milestone for everyone involved.
Featuring Calum Von Moger up against Landon Reading alongside many other brave competitors who fought for Mental Health, the night was an incredible success.
Not only did we see powerful performances in the Pit, but we also learnt so much to carry forward into future shows.

ABOUT ME
I have set up One Round Wars in order to turn my pain into purpose. My dad walked out on my older brother and I when I was ten due to mental health issues. My older brother turned to drugs and crime while I turned to sports and because a professional athlete
A week before my older brother passed away due to his addictions in 2015, my mum was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. My mum was my rock throughout my life and she had a special gift of bringing communities and people together - she was my inspiration to do the same on a bigger scale. She unfortunately lost her fight in 2019 and that was one of the toughest moments in my life - she is why I go by Ryan Brown, I want her name remembered for the amazing woman she was and why im so passionate for creating events such as One Round Wars.
